THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROJECTS

Curious by nature.
Practical by design.

I’m driven by the space between an idea and its execution — where people, systems and technology come together to create something useful.

A technical beginning. A people-first mindset. A management perspective.

My profile has developed through three connected experiences: learning how systems work, learning how people work together, and learning how to turn both into practical outcomes.

It began with volunteering. Through IEEE and student communities, I worked on websites, communications, events and initiatives that brought students together. Roles across the IEEE India Council, IEEE Delhi Section, IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, IEEE Photonics Society and other communities helped me learn ownership, coordination, clear communication and service beyond my individual tasks.

Engineering gave me a way to solve problems. My B.E. in Mechatronics at Chandigarh University combined mechanical thinking, electronics, control systems and software. Projects such as IoT agricultural monitoring, robotics, CanSAT, a CNC plotter and connected-device prototypes taught me to break down a problem, work with constraints and think about how individual components perform as a complete system.

Entrepreneurship brought the user and the business into view. Through ventures including Hatching Dimension, XpressBites and Denoviz, I explored digital solutions, web development, branding and product ideas. This work made it important to understand the person using a solution, define what is actually needed, manage scope and balance a good idea with time and practical delivery.

Business and management learning widened the lens. My MBA learning complements my technical background by encouraging me to think about customers, value, communication, marketing, resources and how teams make decisions. It connects the question “Can we build it?” with “Should we build it, for whom, and how can it be delivered well?”

Today, project management brings these threads together. In my work at Karnam Malleswari Foundation, I apply planning, coordination, reporting and stakeholder communication to sports-development programmes. The context is different from engineering or digital products, but the underlying work is familiar: understand the goal, align people and resources, keep delivery visible, and follow through on what matters.

THE THREAD THAT CONNECTS IT ALL
Understand the system. Respect the people. Connect the plan to a meaningful outcome.

From a broad idea
to a clear next step.

A practical approach that keeps people and outcomes in view.

01

Understand

Clarify the problem, the audience, constraints and what success should look like.

02

Structure

Turn the goal into a manageable plan with milestones, ownership and resources.

03

Collaborate

Align stakeholders, keep communication useful and make dependencies visible.

04

Improve

Track progress, learn from feedback and make thoughtful adjustments.

Comfortable across
systems and software.

My Mechatronics foundation helps me understand the details behind a solution, while management learning helps me connect those details to users, teams and business priorities.
